How we handle your data
We’re a small shop in Pennsylvania. We don’t sell your data, don’t share it with advertising networks, and only collect what we need to fulfill your order and improve the site.
What we collect
Order information: name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment info. Payment is handled by Square; we never see your card number. We keep order records for tax compliance and customer support.
Account information (if you create an account): name, email, password (hashed), and your saved addresses. You can change your email and password — or close your account — from your account settings. Past orders stay on file for tax recordkeeping.
Analytics: we set a cookie called atlas_aid that stores a random ID. We use it to understand which pages people visit and where they drop out of checkout, so we can fix problems. The cookie:
- Holds only a random UUID. No name, email, or other personal info.
- Is HttpOnly and same-site Lax — not visible to other websites.
- Lasts 365 days, then expires.
- Gets linked to your email only if you check out or sign in (so we can see “visitors who completed an order” in our admin reports).
We don’t use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker. Our analytics live on our server and stop at our front door.
What we share
Square processes your payment. They get the info needed to charge your card. See Square’s privacy policy.
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) get your shipping address.
We never sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Email us at info@atlastrophyandgifts.com or call 610-601-7012 if you want to:
- See what we have on file for you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your account and order history
- Opt out of analytics cookies (we’ll set a no-track cookie)
We’ll respond within a few business days.
Updates
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date below. For material changes (we don’t expect any), we’ll email account holders.
